Michal has over 20 years of experience in diagnosing, sorting, and managing global recruitment processes and human resources in global companies.
Following her career in the diagnostic world at the Adam Institute for Democracy and Peace, Michal was the Director of Recruitment at Applied Materials for over a decade.
Since joining Ethosia, Michal has managed the branch in Haifa, served as VP of Strategic Operations and is the Senior VP of Employee Well-Being.
She holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Ben Gurion University and a Master's in Organizational Behavior from the Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration, Tel Aviv University.
